CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 1. We will be holding a card on file at the time of booking to guarantee your appointments. Unfortunately, we have experienced a large increase in no-call/no-shows in the past few months. The change in this policy will decrease the amount of missed appointments. 

2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply do so within 6 hours of your scheduled time by managing your appointment online by clicking this link.

3. Late Arrivals  Please remember your appointment is only 20 minutes long, so tardiness takes away time to give you the best experience possible.. We will always do our best to squeeze you in, however, we do not want to compromise the next client’s experience. We may suggest you reschedule your appointment based on the circumstances. Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment time as well as an email reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. You may also opt yourself in for text message reminders.

4. No call/No show appointments will result in a 100% service charge for the missed appointment. We understand things may come up, however, we request a quick call or text if you are unable to make your scheduled time. Rebooking an appointment online DOES NOT cancel your original appointment. You must contact the salon directly to make any changes within 6 hours of your appointment time. If you must cancel within the 6-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee, as we likely will not be able to fill your spot. We highly encourage clients to sign up for text reminders. When you enable text reminders, you will receive a text message 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will give you time to reschedule if needed. This service is strictly for appointment confirmations and not marketing purposes.
